Nasarawa United desperate for NPFL return – Abdullahi

Nasarawa United head coach, Usman Abdullahi says the team will continue to push for an instant return to the top-flight.
The Solid Miners were relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League last season.
Nasarawa United occupy second position on the Group C table with 26 points from 13 games.

Abdullahi said the team will not relent on the effort to achieve their target.
“We are still pushing because there are three more matches to go,” he told the club’s media.
“I am sure we will do everything not to take our feet off the pedals.”
Two teams will qualify from each group for the NNL championship playoffs at the end of the season.
