Barcelona star Ilkay Gundogan has labelled Manchester City’s backup keeper Stefan Ortega as the most underrated goalkeeper in the world.
Ortega has been seeing plenty of gametime lately and was in the starting XI for the game against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
This was possible because Ederson has been sidelined since getting injured in his team’s 1-1 league draw against Liverpool last month.
Replying to a video of Ortega’s turn during Man Cit’s 4-2 win over Crystal Palace, Gundogan, who joined Barcelona as a free agent from Manchester City last summer, wrote on X: “The most underrated goalkeeper in the world #baller.”
